Protecting the health of our tamariki and rangatahi means offering up wholesome natural options for sustenance and guiding them to good decisions. We must consign sugar-filled junk drinks to history. We must do all we can to show a better way.

I walk backwards into the future with my eyes fixed on my past.
We look to the past for guidance and the future for motivation. In doing so we always honour those who have come before us. Growing and harvesting using traditional regenerative methods also ensures we can care for the land in a way that will safeguard this taonga for future generations.
